This study aimed to measure and analyze the relationship between intelligent management information systems (IMS) and digital stress among public school employees. It employed a descriptive analytical method, deemed most suitable for the study's nature and objectives. The study population consisted of public-school employees in Jeddah, including teachers, administrators, and educational supervisors, during the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. A random sample was selected, and the questionnaire was distributed electronically.
The key findings were as follows:
- 81.03% of the sample agreed with the items in the "Level of Use of Intelligent Management Information Systems in Public Schools" section.
- 69.06% of the sample agreed with the "Level of Digital Stress Among Public School Employees."
- No statistically significant relationship was found between IMS and digital stress among employees.
- There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample attributable to the demographic variables of gender, educational qualification, years of experience, job title, or daily use of digital administrative systems.
The most important recommendations were as follows:
Strengthening technical support in schools, simplifying and reducing the number of electronic platforms, promoting the positive aspects of smart systems, reviewing digital pressures despite the lack of a statistical relationship, and generalizing policies without demographic bias.
