Vehicle-ad-hoc networks (VANETs) have emerged as a prominent area of study within the intelligent transportation system (ITS) domain. This network has grown to be the most well-liked and pertinent for ITS during the past few years. High-end cars are now anticipated to improve storage capacity and onboard performance. To improve ITS, several VANET architectures have been suggested. But after the transportation system and cloud computing were combined, VANET technology underwent a new revolution. However, all ITS communication over the public network faces numerous security challenges. To handle latency with high traffic load across a public channel, vehicle, and onboard unit security. For VANET, we have created an intelligent transportation authentication solution that is both efficient and privacy-focused. With the random oracle model, security and accuracy are shown. A performance comparison reveals that it satisfies the need for reduced computation and communication overhead.
