The study has managed to examine the influence of self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence on holistic health practices. For this purpose, higher education professionals in Uttarakhand were referred as the suitable demographics for the study, since it referred to primary quantitative data findings based on close-ended survey questionnaire. The literature review was formed based on existing literature studies where the study constructs or variables were earlier evaluated, either independently or collectively. The theories such as Spiritual Intelligence Theory and Bandura's Self-Efficacy Theory were used to conceptualize the data findings. Descriptive statistics, demographic tables, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis, and normality testing was performed with the help of SPSS tool, where sample of N=101 came in handy. Based on the statistical results, it is conclusively proved that educators' spiritual awareness and confidence in their professional capabilities could lead towards healthier wellbeing.
