Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence with Human Resource Management represents a paradigm shift in organizational efficiency and sustainability. This paper presents the Autonomous Multi-Agent AI Platform (AMAAP) designed for Green HRM in Indian Railways. Addressing fragmentation across six operational domains (E-Procurement, E-Auditing, E-Establishment, E-Commercial, E-Engineering, Green HRM), the platform employs master-agent orchestration with specialized domain agents leveraging Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Model Context Protocol. Results demonstrate 68-73% reduction in manual processing, 85% improvement in compliance efficacy, and 34% enhancement in organizational sustainability maturity. The platform integrates sustainability into compensation, training, and cultural assessment, bridging AI autonomy, HR digitalization, and sustainability governance. This study contributes to techno-management literature by empirically demonstrating how agentic AI systems can enhance organizational culture while automating complex workflows in large public sector organizations.
