With the exponential growth of internet usage and mobile device proliferation, the volume of user behavior data has surged, presenting both opportunities and challenges for businesses. This paper explores the intricate landscape of user behavior analysis in the context of big data, emphasizing its critical role in driving innovation and strategic decision-making. We begin by outlining the significance of user behavior data, followed by a comprehensive review of technological advancements in machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining that facilitate deep insights into user behavior. Through a detailed case study on linguistic analysis in live streaming e-commerce, we demonstrate how text-mining techniques can correlate linguistic characteristics with sales performance, offering actionable insights for marketing strategies. Further, we delve into the broader business applications of user behaviour analysis, highlighting its impact on personalized recommendations, user portraits, product design, and strategic decision-making. We also address the technical and ethical challenges inherent in big data analysis, including data integration, privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias. The paper concludes with a discussion on future trends, such as AI and ML advancements, edge computing, IoT proliferation, and ethical AI frameworks, which are poised to shape the future of user behavior analysis. Our findings underscore the transformative potential of user behavior data in enhancing business operations and user experiences. We provide recommendations for future research focused on realtime analytics, privacy-preserving techniques, and the ethical implications of data-driven decisions. By embracing these advancements and addressing associated challenges, businesses can leverage user behavior data to gain a competitive edge and foster innovation in an increasingly data-driven world.
